This online event features the reveal of the 2021 North American Automotive OEM-Supplier Working Relations Index® (WRI®) Study along with reactions by GM, Ford, Toyota,
Nissan and Honda purchasing executives.
The WRI® study is a comprehensive annual survey of working relations between Tier 1 suppliers and their OEM customers from the supplier’s perspective. The study, in its 21st year, collects and analyzes the opinions of more than 700 N.A. supplier executives, representing 75 of the top 100 N.A. suppliers as well as the smallest of the direct, first-tier suppliers.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of:
• How relationships evolved and rewarded OEMs and suppliers through the industry-wide COVID-19 response
