DESCRIPTION:SAA members are invited to attend this virtual event of the Automotive Press Association (APA)\nJust a few days before the opening of the CES show in Las Vegas\, the Automotive Press Association will be joined by senior experts from global consulting firm AlixPartners\, who will announce the results from its December 2023 survey of scores of senior executives in both the auto industry and the tech industry about the challenges and opportunities regarding software-defined vehicles\, or SDVs. \nPresenting from AlixPartners\, as well as adding their own perspectives\, will be: Mark Wakefield\, Global Co-Leader of the Automotive and Industrial Practice\, and Himanshu Khandelwal\, Partner and Managing Director in the Automotive and Industrial Practice. \nAmong the questions asked in the survey: Just what is an SDV? Do auto execs and tech execs view SDV challenges and opportunities the same way? What are the biggest challenges and opportunities right now and going forward? Will SDVs revolutionize the entire industry or not?
